Other Voices: College access network on the way
Russell Olwell's "Other Voices" essay (Feb. 22) argues that higher education institutions should collaborate with one another and develop a Web-based college access portal, similar to those in other states, such as North Carolina. We could not agree more. In fact, key education, business and other community stakeholders are already well on their way to establishing a coordinated, comprehensive college access strategy right here in Michigan.
