Patricia Ruggie Conley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of KnowledgeWorks Foundation. She has been with the Foundation since its inception in 1998.

Prior to joining KnowledgeWorks, Ms. Conley served in senior staff positions with responsibility for community relations and charitable contributions for the former Student Loan Funding in Cincinnati, Ohio and the law firm of Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro in Los Angeles, California. She was also marketing director of the North Coast Harbor Project in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Conley has served as on several non-profit boards in Cleveland, Los Angeles and Cincinnati.

Ms. Conley is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and is married to Gary N. Conley.
