An emerging dilemma related to media-rich pervasive learning is integrating digital natives with immigrants—adults, teachers, and those youth without access to digital media.

The short description above, along with the article title under Resources, imply that teachers and other adults are more likely to be the digital immigrants, and that the young people for the most part are natives. I think that may be a gross overstatement. There is a much larger disparity among young people who do or do not have digitial access (or know what to do with it), especially among poor youth--especially rural.
