Dr. Richard Beach serves as the Innovation Wizard for the Classroom of the Future Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Diego County serving the 43 school districts, hundreds of teachers and thousands of students to inspire business leaders and educators to embrace new learning technologies and innovative practices that improve our children's academic achievement.

Rosalind Chivis is the newly appointed Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education in the School District of Philadelphia. She has served for the past five years as the Executive Director for Secondary Education in the Chief Academic Office.

Kevin Clark, Ph.D.
Kevin Clark, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator of the Instructional Technology program in the College of Education and Human Development at George Mason University. He holds both bachelors and masters degrees in computer science from North Carolina State University as well as a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

Karl Fisch
I’ve been an educator for 19 years. I have taught both middle and high school students (mathematics) and am currently the Director of Technology for Arapahoe High School in Centennial, Colorado. Director of Technology is a fancy title for building-level technology coordinator. I try to keep all the technology “stuff” up and running and – more importantly – try to help staff and students use the technology to facilitate teaching and learning.

Lucy Gray is the Lead Technology Coach at the Center for Urban School Improvement at the University of Chicago. In her current role, she is responsible for the development of a technology professional development program on three University of Chicago Charter School campuses. Lucy also supports technology integration efforts at the North Kenwood/Oakland Charter School.

Ison, began his career as a classroom computer science teacher in 1980's and has held positions including, administrator, technology specialist, technology director, grant writer, project developer, project coordinator, project director, team leader and more. He has over two decades of experience using emerging technologies to address market needs in education. He has presented at numerous state, regional and national educational conferences and has held leadership positions on many educational committees.

Gerri Maglia
Although I have had a hand in some form of Educational Technology for 17 years, the history of my work focuses around the use of interactive two-way synchronous video conferencing technology to support teaching and learning at the K – 12 level. As a Distance Learning Consultant at Education Service Center Region XI (ESC Region XI), I have seen our network (10 counties and 77 districts) grow from 5 endpoints/classrooms to over 250 in a period of 9 years. But even more significantly, the technology not only exists at those campuses, but is used. I believe that even more critical than obtaining the technology is creating and using plans and systems that ensure utilization to fill a need.
