Before you download or order the map, we ask you to accept our permission to copy, distribute or display the map on condition that you leave KnowledgeWorks Foundation's name, the Institute for the Future's name, and all copyright marks intact on the map. Please read the actual legal language for the full terms of this agreement.

IMPORTANT: Read this License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement"). If you do not agree to this agreement, do not click the box indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. By clicking on the check box, you agree to be bound by this agreement ("Acceptance"). If you do not agree to this agreement, then you may not download or order the 2006-2016 Map of Future Forces Affecting Education.

Effective upon the date of Acceptance, this Agreement is made between KnowledgeWorks Foundation (the "KWF"), and you, the User. KWF and User agree as follows:

1. License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, KWF hereby grants to User a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license, with no right to sublicense, to copy, distribute and display the Map of the Decade.

2. Limitations on Use: User may not remove, alter, cover or distort any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices on the Map of the Decade. User may not alter or transform the Map of the Decade.
