The Fourth Annual Postsecondary Education for Ohio’s Low-Wage Workers: Career Pathways featured very dynamic speakers offering keen insight surrounding this topic, including Stephen Portch, former Chancellor of the Georgia Postsecondary System and national P-16 expert, and Chad Wick, President and CEO of KnowledgeWorks Foundation.
